Is BEING HUMAN HARD for YOU? How to deal with the difficulties of the HUMAN EXISTENCE!
Personally, I find the human experience extremely difficult and I even confess that took me many years to make peace with being here, and I imagine that you, who read my posts and are looking for spiritual content, have your difficulties as well! So today I made a list of 7 things that make the human experience very difficult and how you can deal with them, I really hope this can help you change your perspective and have more peace here on Earth.
There’s a channel that I love to watch called Bashar channeled by Darryl Anka, who says that we tend to think that the Earth is like a kindergarten for the soul, but that’s not true! We are doing a PhD as masters of limitations, and the whole universe looks at us and thinks “if they can do it, so can we”! So, the first item on my list is limitations!
1 – Limitations
To understand what limitations are, think of a 2-year-old who is super curious and ready to explore the world, and all that child can hear is “you can’t do this, don’t do that”! This whole set of rules about what is acceptable, what can be done, what is expected from you and how life works, form your belief system in your childhood, which in turn will form your reality! And many of these beliefs are limiting because they stop your potential!
How to deal
To deal with this, you need to study and learn about limiting beliefs and look at the aspects of your life that you struggle with the most, and work on your limitations! If you look at your social media, I’m sure you’ll see a lot of people who have real physical limitations and still manage to live life to the fullest: work, study and even find love! And when you look at these people, you can really understand that limitations exist only inside our minds!
2 – Violence
The second item on my list is violence! Horrible things happen on this planet and it’s practically impossible not to be affected when you watch them, unless you’re a psychopath!
How to deal
Do you know the saying “what the eyes don’t see, the heart doesn’t feel”? It’s very valid here! Avoid watching the news, avoid putting your focus and attention on this type of thing, because energy is the currency of the universe and everything you focus on and put your attention on, just amplifies! And the most you’ll get is to experience more of it!
In addition to avoiding looking at violence, understand that this world is dual, the same way there is light, there is darkness as well, and some souls are very focused on exploring negative things, and they have the right to do so because of the law of free will! So, every time you get upset, just say to yourself “they have the right to choose, it’s their choice, I have no control over that, I just wish they find light on their path, I choose to focus on the good and positive things in life”!
But then you may say “but Juliana, there are good people who are victims of the bad choices that these souls make, how does it work?”, and that takes me to the next topic, life is not fair!
3 – Life is unfair
I still haven’t met anyone who says life is fair because, apparently, it isn’t! Every day we see bad things happening to good people and this causes an upsetting feeling inside us, anger!
How to deal
I used to be quite bothered by this until I studied spirituality and understood the divine laws, that’s when I understood that there is no way you can judge this human experience and the things that happen here, only from this human perspective because it is very limited! The journey of the soul is eternal, and our existence here is just a dot within it, so for you to understand the things that happen here, you need to understand the whole! Otherwise, it would be like judging a book by its cover or judging a movie by just watching the trailer, it’s impossible!
I know, there is no way to remember things from the soul before arriving here on Earth because amnesia is part of this game, but I can tell you that all this information is available to you in your unconscious, so anything you think it was bad in your life or that it was unfair, get out of the victim position and start asking yourself as a creator “why did I create this in my life?”, and look deep within yourself because the answers are there!
Use whatever technique you prefer, be it meditation, be it hypnosis or whatever you believe in, when you manage to find these answers, you will have more peace and you will understand that injustices do not exist according to divine laws!
4 – Slavery and Survival
The fourth item on my list that used to bother me a lot is that I used to think of the human race as a slave race because most people work to survive, they don’t live!
How to deal
And how do you get over this feeling? You have to look at your belief system because if you believe that life is all about working to pay bills, that’s probably the kind of reality you’re going to experience!
And try to work with something you like because when you find your purpose, when you find your Dharma, you feel much more joy and you raise your vibration, which will help you to attract much more abundance in your life!
5 – Lack of Transparency
The next topic on my list that I think it complicates the human experience quite a bit, is the lack of transparency because we are not telepathic, not yet at least, and people lie! And when that happens, it can hurt a lot!
How to deal
And how do you handle it? There are two ways, the first is to actively listen to people, open your mind because your unconscious can process much more information than your conscious mind. It can pay attention to body language, tone of voice, the non-verbal part of communication, and it can detect if there is congruence between what people think and what they say! And after you actively listen, pay attention to your intuition, your gut feeling, don’t try to make sense rationally, just trust what it detects, whether you can trust that person or not!
Another way to deal with this is to watch people’s actions and behaviors more than listen to what they say! I’ll give you a classic example to illustrate this, generally, at the beginning of a romantic relationship, there’s usually a person who keeps saying things like “when you meet my family, when you come to my house, when we travel together”, and if you only pay attention to what is being said, you will believe that this person wants a serious relationship with you!
But let’s say you start to observe the behavior and you realize that in 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, this person barely makes time to see you, or just makes contact when he/she is bored and has nothing better to do, what does that mean? The words, what is being said have to be congruent with the actions, if there is a distance between them, listen less and observe more!
6 – Negative Emotions
The next topic on my list is intense negative emotions, we as human beings have very emotionally intense experiences! I don’t know about you, but I’m a very emotional person and I used to suffer a lot with it, mainly because society doesn’t teach us to develop emotional intelligence and deal with feelings, and many of us grew up numbing down these emotions with anything, we drink , we sleep in excess, we watch TV, we do anything to not feel it!
How to deal
What I’ve learned that helps me deal with this is that emotions are your best friends, they exist to show you that something is right or wrong! In the case of negative emotions, the ideal is that you sit with them and investigate what is the source of the problem, and it is usually one of three:
- A situation or person that is hurting you, and that you need to get away from or eliminate from your life
- Thoughts that need to be readjusted, in the sense of having expectations that do not come true, or even limiting beliefs
- Or something is out of alignment with your soul, something you are doing that is not being consistent with the core of your being
7 – Physical Body
The last topic on my list that used to bother me a lot is that in order to have a human experience, you need to have a physical body! Guys, I didn’t like it at all! I had the feeling that I was trapped inside this enclosure, and that it was very dense, heavy, limiting! My perception was very negative, and to make things worse, society’s beauty standards make us fight with the mirror every single day, right?
How to deal
And how do you improve it? I got better when I had a vision during meditation that helped me change my perspective, and I’m going to share that vision with you in hopes that it will help you change yours too!
In my vision, I felt my soul, my consciousness super-excited to come to Earth (I know, hard to believe, I was shocked too when I saw it, lol). She was really excited to go on this journey, and she was given this little baby, this body as a gift to be able to experience this! It’s like you’re going on a trip and you get a car as a gift to make that trip easier for you!
At that moment I understood that the body is neither positive nor negative, it is your best friend because it is the only one that will be with you in every moment of your life, from the first breath to the last one! And very often we slap, kick and punch this best friend because we keep looking at the mirror and criticizing ourselves, not feeling good about our appearance, consuming the wrong things, and it shouldn’t be like that, we should have a good relationship with it!
Guys, I know the human experience can be very complicated, very difficult, but having a negative attitude and denying your existence here doesn’t help! I’ve done this in my life and it only caused more suffering! I understood that the best way to “get out” of it is to “go in”, and embrace the experience, do your best to make it as beautiful as possible! Practicing gratitude and stopping complaining helps a lot!
