Your MIND affects your REALITY! (Scientific Experiments that PROVE that!)

I’m always saying that if you want to create a better life, you need to control your thoughts. So today I’m going to bring some proofs about it here on the blog and I’m going to talk about some scientific experiments that show how much power the mind has over matter!

The Double Slit Experiment

The double slit experiment being demonstrated in the video below shows how the “observer” affects the way the electron behaves. When unobserved, the electron behaves like a wave of probabilities, and if you look at it, it collapses and starts to behave like a particle!

Dean Radin wanted to find out if it was possible to make the electron collapse from a wave to a particle without being observed, using thoughts alone, and to do this he used meditators of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

He isolated a room against any physical vibration or electromagnetic influence and also used a machine to measure the meditators’ brain activity in order to verify how much focus and concentration they were having, and the conclusion of the experiment is that the level of impact on the electron’s behavior was proportional to the degree of focus and concentration that people were having!

The Intention Project

The second experiment I’m going to mention is called “The Intention Project” by Lynne McTaggart. They have a lot of projects to scientifically measure the power of intentions, and you can actually participate in them if you want to. The website is www.theintentionproject.com.

In one of their experiments, they placed 4 plants of the same species in order to compare the results, and asked people from different places to send thoughts to one of them in particular, for it to grow, and the result is that this plant grew twice as fast as the others!

In addition to the power of intention, you can also see through this experiment that distance is not a problem!

The Water’s pH Experiment

Dr. William Tiller did a controlled experiment with advanced meditators to change the water’s pH using only the mind! And they did it!

He also noticed that the environment was imprinted and conditioned with intentions because even when the experiment was over, any water that was put there was altered!

Both, Lynne McTaggart and William Tiller, say that the power of intention is not limited by time and space, which is consistent with what quantum physics observes in quantum entanglement.

The Global Consciousness Project

The Global Consciousness Project is also very interesting! They started in 1998 and nowadays they have over 70 random number generators around the world!

As the name says, these machines were supposed to randomly generate 1 and 0, but they observed that when something important happens globally, the machines are affected and the numbers don’t seem random at all!

Interesting to see it being recorded, isn’t it? It makes me wonder what impact the collective consciousness has on all of us?!

The Lebanon Peace Project

The last experiment I’m going to mention today, and it’s personally my favorite, is called “Lebanon Peace Project”, which was held in 1983 in Jerusalem. They asked some experienced meditators to meditate for peace on specific days and times, they wanted to see if it could have any positive radiant effect on society, and the result was amazing!

They registered in both, Israel and Lebanon, a decrease of up to 76% in war deaths, and other numbers also dropped like accidents, fires, crime and terrorism.

This experiment was repeated 7 times over a two year period, between 1983 and 1985, when Lebanon and Israel were at war, and each time the results were very similar, an almost 76% decrease in war deaths! That’s a pretty impressive number, don’t you think so?

Try it Yourself

If you want to test these theories, there is an experiment that you can do by yourself at home, using rice or plants, it was developed by Masaru Emoto. Take some cooked rice and divide it into 2 pots, in one of them you put a label with a positive word and in the other, negative.

For a month, every day you will talk for a few minutes to the rice in these pots according to the labels they have. The one that contains the label with the positive word, you will praise and say beautiful and nice things, and to the other, you will offend and insult. And it’s not just talking, project your emotions according to what you are saying!

If all goes well, after a month they should “rot” in different ways. The rice that you projected positive things probably will have a lighter colour and softer scent, and rice that you projected negativity probably will be darker and with a stronger smell.

Our mind has so many powers and we are not even aware of everything it is capable of, and these experiments have just begun to explore them! So please, be careful about your thoughts because they have consequences, not only in your life but also on the way your physical body works! In the same way that you have to exercise your body, if you want to have more quality of life, you also need to do a mental workout, and meditation is great tool to do that!
