I work with Dolores Cannon’s method called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). I did level 1 in 2012 and level 2 in 2013, and it’s a method that helps people access a past life and connect with their Higher Self to receive spiritual insights into their human journey and guidance on the best paths to follow.

I have other training that I use to complement my work, in 2020 I completed a full course in clinical hypnosis at an American institution called HMI – Hypnosis Motivation Institute, and since I returned to Brazil I have also completed a postgraduate course in Neuroscience and Physics of Consciousness at UNINTER.

Is your session online or in person?

My service is provided exclusively online, using Google Meet for the video call, which also allows the hypnosis part to be recorded.

As the session is relatively long, and considering physiological needs (food, drinks and toilet), in-person appointments are not feasible. It is more comfortable for each person to remain in their own environment, allowing them to feel more at ease.

 

How does the session work and how can it help me?

My work is structured as a consciousness immersion. It is a long session lasting between 5 and 8 hours, divided into two stages. In the first part, we engage in an in-depth conversation so I can understand what you are seeking, your life journey, and also provide guidance and mentoring. In the second part, which happens during the last 3 hours of the session, hypnosis is conducted.

The main objective is to provide clarity and direction. I aim to help you identify the challenges you are facing and how to work through them. I also aim to assist you in recognizing what is most aligned with you and your energy, meaning the most suitable paths for you and how to follow them.

Very often, my clients take months to fully integrate the information covered during the session, and usually they get guidance on what they must work on for the next 6 to 12 months. However, results depend on the changes that are actively implemented and sustained after the session. Without action, results are hard to achieve.

Many people ask whether the session can resolve specific problems. While it can help uncover the root causes of your challenges and provide guidance on how to address them, it is important to understand that issues developed over many years are unlikely to be fully resolved in a single session.

I would also like to emphasize that I do not offer treatment or ongoing therapeutic support, but rather a one-time consciousness immersion focused on providing clarity and direction. If you are seeking ongoing therapy or treatment, I recommend working with a licensed psychologist or a clinical hypnotherapist specialized in mental reprogramming.

The hypnosis approach I use is primarily focused on spiritual connection, exploration of past lives (or parallel), and access to inner wisdom.

 

What sets your work apart?

The remarkable aspect of my work is guiding and facilitating a consciousness immersion experience in which you are able to access within yourself the answers you are seeking.

Inner experience holds a far greater transformative potential than any external information you may receive. In other words, there is a significant difference between being given information externally and accessing it inside yourself.

The information itself may be the same, but the impact is completely different. The experience of accessing it within yourself is profoundly more meaningful and transformative.

 

What should I expect from hypnosis?

The primary goal of hypnosis is to help you connect with and access the wisdom that exists within you. The technique I use is QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), developed by Dolores Cannon, which involves the exploration of past lives (or parallel) and connection with higher levels of consciousness, often understood as spiritual guides or Higher Self.

Each experience is unique. Not everyone accesses a past life during the session. Some may access memories from their current life, others may experience symbolic or metaphorical scenarios containing important messages, and some may connect directly with spiritual realms or light beings.

I trust that the mind will provide what the person needs. This initial phase serves as preparation and gateway to the deeper work that follows, the connection with inner wisdom and the access to the answers that the person is seeking. Time is an important factor in the type of hypnosis I practice, as it allows depth and connection. For this reason, the hypnosis lasts a minimum of 2 hours, being at least one hour dedicated to each phase.

Most people remain conscious throughout the session, it is rare for someone to completely lose awareness or to forget what they experienced. The mental state is the same experienced in a guided meditation, a deed state of relaxation and expanded awareness. Results vary significantly from person to person, and to make the most out of the experience, it is essential to remain open and actively collaborate and engage in the process.

Some factors may hinder hypnosis, such as fear, the need for control, and the critical mind, which tends to question the experience. To minimize these barriers, I recommend approaching hypnosis as a form of mental exploration, an “adventure”, in which it is important to express whatever arises first in your mind spontaneously, without judgment or filtering. Since the session is recorded, critical analysis can be done afterward.

Before scheduling a session, I recommend practicing guided meditation to become familiar with the hypnotic state and to test your level of spiritual connection. Individuals who already understand how this connection works tend to find hypnosis easier. You may search for online content using keywords such as “hypnosis” or “guided meditation” combined with “connection,” “spiritual guides,” or “Higher Self.”

Finally, it is important to note that specific results with hypnosis cannot be guaranteed, as the process does not depend solely on me. Regardless of the outcome, the full session fee applies, as the time and dedication involved remain the same. For this reason, during the initial conversation I conduct an in-depth mentoring process, ensuring that you receive value and direction regardless of the hypnosis outcome, which, when effective, typically serves to complement and deepen what was worked throughout the session.

 

What do I need to prepare for the session?

It is important to prepare a list of intentions with the topics you want to understand and work on during the session. This helps to prepare the unconscious mind for what will be accessed during hypnosis. There is no need to send me this list in advance, as all topics will be discussed during the session.

You will need a space where you can be comfortable and have privacy. There should be no distractions or interruptions, especially during the hypnosis part which will happen during the last 3 hours of the session. A stable internet connection is essential, and the device you chose to use (computer, tablet, or phone) should remain plugged in to avoid running out of battery. The use of headphones is optional, if you choose to use them, wired headphones are recommended as they do not rely on battery and don´t have audio delays.

During the hypnosis, you will need to lie down comfortably and position the camera close to you so that at least one side of your face is visible. Many people place their device on a chair next to the bed. The environment should be calm and comfortable to support deeper relaxation. Softer lighting (such as closed curtains and indirect light) can enhance mental visualization. Physical comfort is essential for a deeper experience.

Please avoid consuming substances that alter consciousness, such as alcohol and recreational drugs, for at least 24 hours prior to the session. If it is not possible to fully suspend use, avoid excess and do not exceed your usual consumption. If you take regular medication for sleep or for physical and/or mental health, do not discontinue usage, continue as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

 

Should I be concerned about anything regarding the session?

Technical issues may occasionally occur during the session, particularly related to internet connectivity. During hypnosis, if any issue arises, like a drop in connection or a need for toilet break, simply address what is needed calmly, without fully awakening, so that we can resume the session from where we left off.

Although rare, there is a possibility of mild negative side effects following hypnosis, such as headaches, nausea, or extreme fatigue, especially in individuals who carry significant trauma or emotional burdens. For this reason, I recommend setting aside a full day for the session and avoiding any additional commitments.

Most people do not experience these side effects, on the contrary, they often feel lighter and more centered by the end of the session. Still, as it is a deep experience, it is important to allow time afterward for resting, integration, and reflection on what was explored during the session.

 

The session is quite long, does it need to be completed in a single day?

Yes. The session is conducted entirely on the same day and cannot be divided.

The process has interconnected phases, it´s a step-by-step construction. The connection and state of presence developed during the initial conversation are essential for a deeper hypnosis experience. If the session is interrupted and resumed on another day, this connection may be lost, which can compromise the quality of the experience.

Furthermore, as I do not set a strict time limit for the sessions, I work with only one client per day, with average of 3 to 4 sessions per week. Dividing a session across multiple days would affect this structure and reduce my availability to support others.

Although the session may seem long, clients typically experience it as light and engaging. Most of them report that time passes quickly and that the session feels fluid and meaningful rather than tiring.

 

Do you offer treatment or ongoing therapeutic support?

No. I do not position myself as a therapist and, therefore, I do not offer treatment or ongoing therapeutic support.

My work consists of facilitating a process of consciousness immersion, in which I guide the connection with spirituality and inner wisdom. It is a deep session focused on providing clarity and direction.

After the first session, and once my client understands my approach, they are free to return as needed, whether for a conversation or another hypnosis session. As the initial session is typically very deep and insightful, it is common for several months to pass before there is a need to return for further guidance.
